Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in 2 persone dal 17/08/26 al 23/08/26
La sruttura si trova direttamente sulla strada principale per il Lago di Resia.
Le camere sono confortevoli,pulizia ottima,c'era un balcone con possiblità di fumare
Disponibilità di portare con noi i nostri amici animali.
All' arrivo erano circa le 15,30 abbiamo trovato alla reception un numero telefonico da chiamare per la consegna delle chiavi.In pochi minuti è arrivata la Signora HEIKE, molto professionale e gentile ci ha consegnato le chiavi,ci ha dato alcune informazioni sugli orari della colazione( non compresa),apertura della piccola piscina e sauna. Ci ha consegnato alcune brocure su eventuali posti in zona da visitare e alcuni asciugamani in piu nel caso ne avessimo bisogno.La signora HEIKE era presente in stuttura solo al mattino,mi è capitato di avere necessità di chimarla al telefono anche fuori orari è sempre stata molto disponibile
Al termine del soggiorno verrà pagata la tassa di soggiorno e la spesa per le pulizia della stanza
La stuttura essendo vicina alla stada principale è molto trafficata i rumori provenienti disturbano chi vuole riposare sia nel primo pomeriggio ,fino a notte inoltrata
Si sentono anche rumori forti di alcuni ospiti maleducati che trascinano le sedie oppure parlano al alta voce
La richiesta di 12 euro al giorno per tenere con noi il gatto( non erano comprese ne lettiera,sabbia o altro) è stata spropositata

The flat was very nicely set and comfortable, with everything necessary. It was spacious, with beautiful views. The staff were excellent: kind and supportive.
It may be equipped with a vacuum cleaner. Also, the knives in the kitchen were blunt, and there was no bread knife.
