The location was fantastic.
The shower was broken - it wouldn’t stay positioned on the pole and had to be hand held to be used. Good water pressure though and hot water.
The key code given to us to gain access to the apartment included characters which were not on the key pad. 8 had t9 call the emergency telephone number to get a new key code. Thankfully, the key pad could be updated remotely s9 we could gain access to the apartment

Location 10/10 perfect for those who like to walk.
Very quiet and a lot of restaurants ,supermarket ,bars. Close to the bus station that takes you to the airport. You can cook in your apartment if you don’t want to eat outside the apartment has everything you need in the kitchen. Will definitely comeback and stay with them again

Location was superb. In the old town and near a tram stop. Clean & tidy. Fairly good value.
Bit of a problem with code locks on the front & room, though - granted - the first was *partly* my fault. Had to call service in Warsaw to resolve the apartment door issue. Quickly dealt with but you don’t need stuff like this to happen when you arrive in a strange town, late & tired.
The WiFi was VERY disappointing. Not *too* bad when it actually worked but mostly it didn’t. They really shouldn’t be advertising a service when it doesn’t work properly.
Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
There’s no door between the lounge area & kitchen so, if you happen to be naked, people can see you from street level or the houses across the way. You’ll understand if you book here. There are times you just can’t help expose yourself 😃
