Very noisy chairs in room in room especially scrapping on tiles! Could easily be fixed with a bit of carpet glued under each legs of the chair. The walls are not noise insulated and you can hear your next door neighbour speaking on the phone or listening to the their TV The hotel does not have laundry facility on site. However there are two good dry cleaners nearby and could have negotiated with them and offer pick up and drop off services for their clients The hotel does not let you regulate the room temperatures. Does not offer lunch or dinner which is fair enough. But could allow customers to bring their own lunch / diner and use the dining room .... Recommended nonetheless.
