Bit dated but otherwise clean.

Great staff. Nice and friendly.
Was running late, but the staff were able to wake for me.
The bed are comfy and loved the bathroom heaters.
The wifi password was no where to be found. The price was a little bit on high side compared to prices in the city. But seemed to be the standard price around Ipswich. Could be because of the low volume of customers, not sure.
