Reception staff were amazing, very welcoming, always polite, and super super help full.
hotel location good, internal decoration somewhat dated, but hey your only sleeping there..
cleanliness of room was excellent.
Breakfast room a bit tight on seating due to its small size, but food selection very good with cutlery/plates etc all super clean
We did'nt dislike anything
The staff at this establishment really did make our visit such a great experience and plans are afoot to return to them in 2027.

The staff were very helpful. The room was big enough for 3. The bathroom was fairly new with a good size shower. The aircon worked well. The location was good - a few minutes walk from Charonne / Voltaire metro and 5 mins from Philippe Auguste.
The stairs were not cleaned. The lift was only big enough for 1 person and 1 suitcase and had an extra door to it which didn't shut properly on the 3rd floor, which stopped it working altogether at times. Breakfast wasn't included but didn't look that good (there were a couple of nice bakeries nearby which we used instead). The TV had no international / English channels and the base for the kettle was wobbly (caution advised!).
