V sobotu akcia, ktorú ste zabezpečovali - nakoľko využitie vonkajšej terasy (ktorou ste nás po príchode milo prekvapili nakoľko sa tam človek cíti veľmi príjemne) bolo pre ubytovaných zakázané - pritom stačilo časť terasy vyhradiť ( terasa má vstup z oboch strán) . Pripadali sme si vonku pred konferenčnou sálou na poškodených stoličkach zvláštne.

Ochotný, milý a nápomocný personál recepcie. Skvelé raňajky, chutný obed, pohodlné a dobre zariadené izby s klimatizáciou. K dispozícii je výťah a prekrytá terasa. Skvelý pomer cena/kvalita.

We booked a 4 star hotel, which boasted to conclude Air Condition, TV and Intrnet.
1. There was an Air Conditioner in the room, but it was centrally controlled and it was not turned on centrally, because it only circulated the room air, but did not cool it! Very HOT day. No Air Condition!
2. There was a TV in the room, but NO Channels at all! Neither from the Air Channels, nor from the Cable Box attached!
3. There was a strong WiFi signal, BUT NO Internet! Nowhere in the property.
The lady in charge was not able to solve any of the problems described. She was very rude and not empathic. Told us that we are wellcome to live and find another place. We would have done it, but it was already 21:30 and no Internet to find another accomodation via Booking.
So we had to stay, with no Air Condition, no Internet and no TV, in a so called "4 Stars Hotel"!
Needless to say that she did not give us any discount for all the inconvenience!
