The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were excellent, welcoming, attentive and always ready to assist us. We greatly appreciated the attention and service we received throughout our stay.
The room assigned through the booking application was adapted for guests with disabilities. Although the room itself was comfortable, the shower was protected only by a plastic curtain, which did not contain the water effectively. Consequently, the bathroom floor became very wet and took a long time to dry.

I like the fact that the room is not fully carpeted. More hygienic. Overall everything is very clean. Located next to Migros - grocery and restaurant. Perfect. Very dog friendly.

Very clean room and sheets and towels. The check-in was very quick, the room is very spacious (we had a baby travel cot in it). The bathroom is not crammed, was very clean and well prepared.
The location is nice and the breakfast had plenty of options available.
The staff is very professional and helpful.
The parking isn’t included in the price despite the fact we were having multiple rooms booked as a group and only 2 cars.
