Okey, so positive moments:
- They check-in me earlier ( I came around 12). Really appreciate that!
- The bedsheets were clean and the bed was big
- The girl who checked me in was good
- The room and bathroom are really big
- if the room would be more maintained and furniture and walls repaired, I think it would be nice room
- you can pay by card
Negative moments:
- Room was old ( not good maintained)
- Walls are horrible ( dirty and scratched)
- They called me one time in room( by room phone), then they called me on my door ring bell in the room, then they knocked me in the room( all these were happening from 10:44-11:46). They wanted to tell me that check out at 12:00. I know! I was downstairs at 12:01. ( for management team: please don’t allow it, until it’s 12:00,don’t call, don’t ring the bell and don’t knock!!!
-if not giving tips to team members, they won’t be nice to you. So, first thing after you coming to New Delhi change money! Otherwise, there won’t be nice hospitality.
- They had some event in the morning, and there were some rehearsal at the pool area( my windows were straight to pool area), so around 10:27 they turned in super loud music, so music woke me up.
