Het uitzicht op het meer en omgeving met het grote balkon. Erg leuk dat het treintje naast het huis naar de Schafberg gaat. Het huis ligt echt prachtig. Het is netjes verzorgd.
De oven werkt niet goed, ik denk dat de thermostaat kapot is, dus hoe laag je de graden ook zet, verwarmt op vol vermogen. Ook jammer dat er geen vriesvakje is. Supermarkt is niet in de buurt en dan kan je wat invriezen. Kookplaat is oud en duurt erg lang voordat deze op temperatuur is. Badkamer is heel erg nauw.

Die Aussicht war wirklich phänomenal! Neuer Backofen . Vermieter ist freundlich.
Die sanitären Anlagen gehen garnicht! Ein WC mit knapp 1qm wo die Spülung und die Lüftung defekt war. Eine Duschnische ohne Tür zum Schlafraum. Die Brüstung des großen Balkons ist wackelig und muss dringend saniert werden!
