Well equipped with all you need.They provide table and chairs as they have no dining room and breakfast is brought to your room.Lovely selection of biscuits and a smart coffee maker.Room overlooking the harbour.The owners were friendly and helpful.

The bedding was unironed so looked messy.The bathroom fan goes on every time you go in and stays on for several minutes after and is quite noisy.And the bathroom really needs a deep clean most especially the shower.

Bedding and towels were clean. Breakfast was good and served well. Nice staff.

Not very clean. Bad, smoky smell throughout. Needs a big refurbishment. Looks better in photos on here than real life. Wouldn’t stay again.
