The position was very convenient for getting around. On the outside the building had old world charm and the inside the rooms were modern and very new. The staff were so friendly and helpful. That is both the staff in the hotel and the restaurant. The staff were very knowledgeable and shared their knowledge to be very helpful. The meals at the restaurant were wonderful.

The welcome was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and we had our request of a twin room which meant we were upgraded. Air conditioning was needed as outside was over 30 degrees.
Room size was a little small.

The reception desk staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Great location.
My biggest concern was with the housekeeping practices. Upon returning late at night, I was shocked to find the door to our room left wide open, propped by a stopper leaving our belongings exposed and our safety compromised. This serious lapse in security left me feeling uneasy for the remainder of my stay. Such negligence is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to address this issue to ensure guest safety.
While it is rated as a four-star property, it didn't quite live up to that standard. The room was quite small, which is typical for the area, but it lacked the sense of comfort I expected at this rating, especially considering the rising city tax tied to the hotel's star level.
