Tutto... stile del locale (com'è arredato con tanto legno), pulizia, gentilezza, tranquillità, colazione, cena con pietanze gustose e mai eccessive...
Unica cosa il materasso: ma questo x me è un problema che incontro in ogni hotel...non riesco a dormire sui materassi a molte..x me troppo duri. Altro cosa il piumino che x me fa troppo caldo...quindi lo tolgo sempre dal sacco e uso solo il lenzuolo (ma e' sempre una mia particolarità)

Flott beliggenhet tett ved sjøen med utsikt mot fjellene. Det beste hotellet for kveldssol og den beste beliggenheten i hele byen. Og det blir ikke for varmt. God mat med mange valgmuligheter av flere nydelige retter og rause porsjoner. God service og flinke personale. God frokost med mye godt å velge mellom av både salt og søtt. Be om utsikt og balkong mot sjøen - et must!
Ingen muligheter for å nyte frokost og middag ute i nydelig vær. Ingen terrasse for måltider ute. Litt kaldt inne med for mye kald aircondition. Litt lite sjarm, god vibe og generelt kjedelig miljø. Litt flere planter, penere møbler og litt bilder på veggene hadde skapt mye bedre stemning.

The hotel is well kept and the staff is very friendly.
The breakfast is amazing with a good selection for adults and kids alike.
The location is perfect and the views to the lake are spectacular.
The air conditioning was a bit lacking but we managed with it.
