Amazing view and comfortable stay

The hotel was amazing all round. Rooms were fabulous and very comfortable…

All in all, great stay for a great price!

Location was the best, having close proximity to the esplanade.

The smell on Level One (outside the room door/elevator). Assuming this is from the garbage chute, however was very unwelcoming.

We loved the view, size of apartment. Location was good.

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly.Floor tiles were dirty I had to wash them. Floor hadn't been vacuumed properly. Dishwasher had a lot of food in bottom. Dishes in cupboards were still dirty. Shower wasn't very clean. Curtain rail and blind cable were broken.

Comfortable & served it’s purpose but not rushing to book here again

The view from these apartments is second to none but don’t expect to enjoy it from the balcony, unfortunately the road noise is unbearable at times. There’s a great play ground just across the road and easy access to cafes & restaurants.

The apartment floor was filthy on arrival (crumbs & rubbish from previous guests & just generally dirty), this was quickly rectified by the apartment manager but really took the shine off the place. The kitchen was also very poorly equipped, don’t expect to be cooking family meals here during your stay. The place desperately needs some fans, ceiling too low for ceiling fans but a desk style fan on the wall would make a huge difference when doors can’t be left open due to traffic noise.

staff could have found my blouse that was left on the bed - I rang before checkout time - but had handed back the keys and 'they couldnt find it'.. Absolute rubbish. Blouse was not put in the bag and they lost it. Very disappointing.

Perfect Mooloolaba location with great family setup.

The location is amazing and the family facilities are great - games to borrow and take to your room, eightball table as well as pool toys and equipment for the beach.

Very good

Location and apartment size fantastic. Games room great, access to family games. Small tennis court but not an issue - the kids still had fun. Great pool & spa.

Unit not well-equipped (only 4 forks in a 6 person apartmnet!). Granted the new management acknowledged they had only taken over 6 weeks ago, the apartment is very lacking in basic kitchen supplies.
