A way above average IBIS hotel and good value for money. Decent size bedroom with small clean bathroom. Kettle/tea/coffee provided. Comfortable large twin beds. Good aircon. Excellent wi-fi. Superb breakfast with large choice of Western and Asian items. Eggs cooked to order. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Great location in city centre close to waterfront restaurants, the grand mosque and excellent Holland Bakery. Reception organised a taxi to airport for similar price to Grab. Can use swimming pool of adjacent Novotel although we didn't do this. Separate door and electricity cards so one can leave aircon on and leave the room for a short time. Would make this hotel my default place to stay if I return to Balikpapan
Door handle was temperamental and didn't always open the room when keycard gave green light. Also I don't like having to use the keycard to operate the lift to the room floor. A nuisance for a couple when you only have one keycard and you return at different times

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant.
La literie est bonne, l’hotel calme, très propre. L’accès à la piscine du Novotel est un vrai plus!
Pour le prix il serait super d’avoir le petit déjeuner inclus.
