They facilitated a late check in and turned the heating on for me as I was arriving late. Good water pressure. I had a comfy bed. Parking right outside my room. Everything was close.

Heater had been put on before we arrived so the room was cosy. All the facilities were there - toaster, kettle etc. Thank you!

There were no electric blankets, no carpet only floating floor so the floor and my feet were freezing, no weather strips on the door that allow the wind to howl in underneath. And snow prices are just absolutely outrageous
