Das Haus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen liegt in 5 Minuten Gehweite vom Ledrosee. Außerdem gibt es ebenfalls in 5 Minuten Gehweite einen guten Einkaufsladen, der alles Notwendige hat. Die Küche der FeWo war gut bestückt und man konnte auch problemlos grillen. Und dann ist die Lage ein super Ausgangspunkt zum wandern, biken und schwimmen. Und es gibt auch in der Umgebung genug Gaststätten. Sehr bequehm ist auch der Bus nach Riva. Modern und kostenlos Dank der Touristenkarte.
Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Vielleicht noch folgender Hinweis: In der Gegend gibt es sehr viele Leute mit Hunden.

Vicinissimo alla spiaggia del lago e ai servizi tutto intorno. Bello il giardino dove rilassarsi mentre la carne sfrigola al.barbecue. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile...abbiamo avuto un problemino con la macchina del caffè e due ore dopo ne avevamo una nuova di zecca. All'anno prossimo 👋

Close to the lake, local supermarket, ice cream and some restaurants.
Really nice and friendly staff. Map of the sorroundings received with description and tips what is worthy to visit.
Two rolls of toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel as complimentory on the appartment.
Clean, bed sheets prepared. Ideal for big groups.
Value for quality. For about EUR1000 per week you expect a good bed, not a splitted mattresses. No A/C. Two rolls of toilet paper per appartment for a week. No tablets for dishwasher. Windows and balcony heading to some truck stand starting to work after 7 AM so if you want to sleep longer with open windows, no possibilities. No differentiation for extra fee for a dog (we have a small cleany one), usually at least you have a bowl for the dog on the appartment, not here.
No small italian complimentary welcome staff as a bottle of wine or water.
If you want the hot shower in the morning you have to wait about 10 minutes until the water has an sufficient temperature. In the middle of our stay the toilet started to strike with flushing, sometimes it worked, sometimes not and we did not want to change the rooms or wait for a service guy during our vacation.
Even if the Trentino card is included in price you will not receive it automatically. For keys you have to visit the office few kilometers far away, not vice versa that they wait you on the place.
Also a lot depends on your neighbors, because you have it really close to everybody there. And there are about 12 appartments (40-50 people I expect), so it is hard to know if someone would like to grill in the evening, no possibility to book the grill.
