The owner was very nice. The room I stayed in with my mom was large enough and had a very nice view. There was a fan, but we also took ours and that saved us from the heat and the mosquitoes.
The breakfast was not the best. There were not many choices.
The location is not the greatest (you can only reach it by foot and it's on a hill with stairs). The car had to stay in the main avenue, and the walk is harsh for the legs. If you're going by train, the station is downwards and the walk is even harder.

The view is spectacular during sunset. I stayed in May and it was one of the quietest and most beautiful places i've ever been. Very niche area that is very secluded and quiet. Go to the beach at the Framura station for pristine water.
BEWARE OF STAIRS. I'm not exaggerating when I say be prepared to hike up some stairs. I recommend taking the road after getting off at Framura station. The man at the front desk wasn't welcoming at all and watches you eat breakfast. ALSO! Google maps fails here so you kind of walk around lost but if you aren't on a time crunch its great. Lastly, beware that there are basically no restaurants or stores open during the early summer months, so make sure to bring snacks or you'll starve the first night like I did!
