Spotless, safe, secure, quiet, close to everything, the pool is simply magnificent & and oasis. Linen is soooo nice & soft. Staff are professional, helpful, respectful & just lovely.
Nothing to with the property, it’s more the people that smoked out & near the pool, the smell was pretty horrible & wafted around everywhere.

It was beautiful and maintained well, easily accessible and close to amenities. I walked for 5 minutes to reach Sunset Boulevard. There were these really cool restaurants on the nearby streets. And the Frangipanis around the pool were such a vibe.
There isn’t an elevator. This didn’t bother me because I had help with my luggage. I only happen to notice this on the day I was leaving that there wasn’t an elevator. But this was not an issue because the staff were so friendly and helped carry the bags anyway.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely amazing - they couldn't do enough for us or be more helpful. The hotel itself was in a quieter part of Seminyak which was ideal for us. We loved the breakfast that was made to order and had a good variety of items to choose from. The hotel was a little dated though and needed a bit of a refresh and it didn't have a bar. The pool was so clean and relaxing - a definite bonus! Overall, we would recommend this hotel.
No bar which meant no by the pool cocktails and food order was not available later in the day.
