Rooms very fabulous, large and incredibly well equipped. Staff very attentive at all times and efficient. Housekeeping staff were very attentive and kept the rooms immaculate. Breakfast was delicious and worth it. Location is fabulous and on the doorstep to Ginza where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Despite being in the hub of a busy location the rooms were quiet. Highly recommend and I would return.

The location was excellent, and the hotel was very clean.
What I didn’t like was the staff’s approach, which felt quite robotic and transactional, more like being at a train station than at a luxury hotel.

Felt luxurious from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The lobby was an exceptional meeting place and the concierge very helpful. The pool was magnificent and appreciated the gym!

I feel you are treated differently when you book with booking.com all the rooms offered were overlooking a building site. We were offered an upgrade for £900 but realise there were selling us exactly the same room on another floor. I feel the hotel is over priced and dated it’s nothing like the Peninsulas I’ve stayed in around the world.
No special features in this Peninsula.
