They brought me a wine bottle for my bday.

Location was excellent, rooms were spacious and comfortable with great views.
The staff was amazing and very accommodating with requests.
Spa facilities and experience was amazing!
For the price between gym facilities would be nice.
Train stations noises were a little disruptive.

Nice room, nice pool, nice restaurant and nice breakfast
Sometimes the service is not at the level of a 5 star Hotel for example the dishes do not arrive all at the time and the children are served when the parents have finished eating while you would expect them to be served first.
