Great place. Centrally located. Walking distance to the lake and town centre.
Could not ask for more.
Water pressure in the shower was on the lower end of the spectrum.

The property was easy walk to shops but on a reasonably quiet street. Off street parking and good heating. Lovely shower/bathroom with excellent water pressure.
Host definitely wasn’t over chatty. Handed key over and pointed to the room and carpark and that was pretty much that. No chat to upsell Te Anau or its food venues or what may have bought us into the area.

Given a bag of cookies upon arrival was a nice touch.
Heated mattress pads was great and necessary. Extra heaters were good.
Reception staff were nice.
The room stunk of air freshener!! Gave us a headache even though we tried to air out the room.
The bathroom taps were separate, so you either had to use cold water or hot water, not warm water.
Decor was outdated. Bed covers were old and dated.
