Relaxing short stay

Nice little centrally located apartment, yet quite and secure Comfortable mattress Good layout Nice peaceful coloured decor

The couch was lumpy Hook behind bathroom door hanging loosely No screening in the bedroom behind the block out blind

Very friendly, informative and helpful staff, they were extremely accommodating. Awesome work. Excellent location and easy to find.. Comfortable rooms.

The pool states it’s heated but it’s definitely not the water is ice cold.

We enjoyed our stay but feel that the website did not accurately reflect the reality.

Great location, quiet work great parking.

It’s old and in need of an upgrade. Bathroom is mouldy and not clean enough. Beds are not comfortable particularly the kings which are two singles pushed together. The pool, which was the reason we booked as it looks amazing on the website, was out of order due to an electrical failure so the lights didn’t work and was freezing cold due to heater not working.

Location, accessibility, facilities were all amazing Parking was fantastic Pool was amazing

For a family room the set up was not great. I travelled with a friend who stayed in a single room which consisted of two separate rooms which seemed to be more suited to someone travelling with kids than the room we were given. It also had a sink in the kitchenette which ours did not and using the bathroom sink to fill the kettle and do dishes was near impossible

I went for the Anzac service and mainly to visit the war museum, very moving for the three of us

every thing was spot on clean, size was good, beds comfortable, view out the windows was relaxing, I would be happy to stay there again if i ever went to Canberra again. I will be pleased to pass my opinion onto any friends going to Canberra to get away for a few days (or longer)

Disappointing

Staff were extremely helpful.

My staff that stayed at the accommodation were disappointed with the cleanliness and stained linen and bedding. No mattress skirts exposing stained ensembles. As I booked as Events Manager, I went by the photos on the internet that look great, but the reality disappoints, unfortunately.

Is very quiet and good location (if you have a car)

The noise of the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Even the hotel knows that it is unbearable because they put a note that they have to have it because the state of Canberra forces them, but I think they could put a quieter one, I used the bathroom with the light off to avoid noise

Meh.

Providing a fitness centre was good. Would have been substantially better if equipment had been maintained and wasn’t all jammed up. The central courtyard is really pleasant.

The bathroom was riddled with mould. I mean everywhere. I actually went and got mould remover to clean the bathroom. They provide the pump bottles of soaps and shampoos, of which I highly approve except half of them were empty. Little details made the difference and I wouldn’t go back.

The lay out was nice but dated

There were loose tiles sitting on the steps The fly screen was torn The carpet wasn't vaccumed The shower leaked out on the floor and was not clean mould everywere the seals in the shower head are worn out water was hitting the roof The next door units plumbing is very noisy woke me up several times

I enjoyed our stay just needs a bit of tlc to bring rooms up to a standard that they could be.

it was in a good position to our needs, staff were very good.

The rooms we had, 3 in total, were not very clean, and several side lamps had blown bulbs and internal doors didn’t shut properly. just a little bit of maintenance on them would bring them up to a more acceptable standard. I’m not one to complain, but you did ask!.

Very disgusting

I like the fact that everything is close by to go wherever you need to go.

1st of all when you walk into a room it's meant to smell nice needs to be acceptable This one smell like 100 years old socks. The current had about 6 cm meters of dust. The water when you turn it on has a very bad smell. The carpet had very bad stains For example Everything in one word is rubbish.

queen bed mattresses are old and tired and sag in the middle. tune to replace them.
