About this condo rental
Located in Okaloosa Island, this lovely condo for $395 per night is a great option for your next trip. The views from our new and spacious 3 bedroom end unit condo are spectacular! All available upgrades were included in the design of this professionally decorated unit including granite countertops, stainless appliances, porcelain tile, lighting, etc. Located on the sugar-white sands of Okaloosa Island, Sea Dunes offers the convenience of being close to the best restaurants, shopping, amusements, theatres, and more without the traffic or crowds. The island allows only 7 story buildings and Sea Dunes has only 24 total units which guarantees that our beach is never crowded. A seasonally heated beachside pool and hot tub are available as well. Floor to ceiling windows and doors open from both the master bedroom and living room to the balcony overlooking the beach and the bright blue waters of the gulf. The master bedroom has a king size pillow-top bed, dressers and large flat screen TV (w/ DVD). The master bath has cultured marble sinks (2) with a tub and shower. The second bedroom has 2 double pillow-top beds, armoire (w/ Flat Screen TV, VCR, & DVD), and its own entrance to a spacious bath with tub and shower. The third bedroom has a full size lower bunk with a twin on top. There is a flat screen TV/DVD as well. The living room is bright and airy with large side windows to bring in the morning sun. It is furnished with a large sofa, chair-and-a-half, a 42' HD flat panel LCD TV w/ VCR and DVD and more than 100 movies and games for your enjoyment in the baskets under the coffee table. Wireless high-speed internet service is available in the unit as well. The dining room table seats 6 to 8 comfortably and the breakfast bar has 3 stools as well. Even the cook has a spectacular view of the beach and crystal blue waters of the gulf. In addition there is a full laundry room with large washer and dryer and plenty of storage space. Included with your rental is a beach service that provides the use of 2 chairs and an umbrella throughout your stay (March 1 - October 31). We have additional folding beach chairs and an umbrella in our unit for your use as well. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the unit. Keywords: Condominium

The place was just what we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches around the condo. Breath-taking views and the closest to the beach that you can get! We loved the ease of choosing elevator or steps close to the the unit, but not too close. Great communication with the owners and super easy in and out of the unit on a daily basis, and with check-in and out. Easy peasy, and a relaxing week!

It was simply amazing. The views inside and and out are beautiful. The condo is amazing and spacious. Will definitely stay there again and again. Out of 25 years of going to the Gulf area it was the best of all trips.

This property is incredible.
The building is impeccably maintained. The pool and hot tub were always clean and crystal clear. Elevator was new and the lobby was always clean. We utilized the underground parking, which was great during a rainy day. The building even has a trash chute a few steps from your door.
The unit itself was even better.
Every single thing you could think of was there. Even things we didn't expect. TV's in all the bedrooms was a huge plus with the kiddos. Plenty of nice dishes, cups of all sizes, lots of silverware, and everything needed to feed 3 families a wide range of meals. Nice pots and pans and everything you could think of. Appliances were new or near new and worked flawlessly. Nicely decorated with a great beach feel. Enough natural light available that you needed sunglasses inside.
The balcony was large and has an entrance off the master bedroom. Easily allowing all of us the chance to sit outside together.
The view was fabulous. The corner unit makes the view panoramic. The beach is very private and allowed us some wonderful beach days.
We saw dolphins every day. We even had a visit from some small stingrays that cane in small groups for about 30 minutes one day. Swimming right past me holding my grandson.
The hosts treat you like family, not customers. The other oweners/guests were friendly and pleasant.
Our trip was magical.

We loved our stay and Lisa was great to work with. The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything was so convenient and the sand is just a ride down the elevator. The condo only has 24 units so the beach was never crowded and the complimentary beach chairs are a must in any rental we stay at. We will definitely be back again! Overall a great experience.

Lisa and Steve were wonderful to work with!!! Gave great tips on what to do , and we felt like we could reach out to them at anytime and they would always get right back to us. Great location to the beautiful beach, loved having the chairs and umbrella includedā¦ FYIā¦ if you tip the young man setting up chairs heāll reserve you a set the entire week so you donāt have to rush down in the morning and put towels on the chairs. Nicely decorated plenty of room for family of 6. Little convienent store with in 3 min walkā¦. Restaurants were a little bit of a walk, we choose to drive but the location was great ā¦. Easy ride to everything !! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise

A lovely, spacious condo! When not at the beach, we were on our deck gushing over the view. The Gulf is right outside your door, just steps away. Fun to walk on the wide, clean beach and in the neighborhoods. Saw a few dolphins!

This condo had been recently updated and the pictures listed do not do it justice. Very beautiful condo and very comfortable. Lisa was great at communicating - super personable and kind. Will definitely be looking to book with them again. Fort Walton is always a favorite - weāve been coming here for a few years now and it was a quiet and relaxed week, though we did stay in December. Overall love this condo and would recommend.

The unit was clean and has everything you need. I would rent this unit again. Lisa is so friendly. Couple of downers was that the hot tube is very small so my whole family of six couldn't be in all at once. The pool isn't heated which I think it should be for the colder days. The master bedroom mattress could be flipped/rotated. It would be helpful to know where things are at (like the beach chairs), didn't know they were under the bed till we were leaving and I looked under the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. There is a list of things to do before check out which is very helpful. Overall, the best part is opening the curtains and seeing the Gulf just a few feet away from you. The view is gorgeous! Listening to the waves hit the shore is relaxing and laughing at the sea gulls trying to steal people's food is entertaining. There is also plenty to do when the sky is overcast or raining.

Wonderful property just steps away from clear blue ocean water with a beautiful white sand beach. The condo has all the appropriate utensils if you want to cook in or there are a number of goods restaurants within minutes of the condo. The owners are very pleasant to work with and will answer any questions you may have.

Great view and condo!
We had a wonderful time at this condo! There were so many needed items that were already there! A light bulb was out in the living room, there were extras in the laundry room! Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs and dish soap already there. It was wonderful to not have to worry about these extras! The view was amazing out the living room and master bedroom windows! Would stay again if we come back to Okaloosa Island.

Perfect Beach Vacay
Words canāt really properly describe how perfect this condo really is!! If youāre looking for space, cleanliness & the most perfect view of the most beautiful beach in the country-look no further than Steve & Lisaās impeccable beach home! My family of 7 had all the space we needed & more here. The huge laundry area is such a bonus considering most condos just have a stackable unit in a closet. We were so blown away by the super large balcony-definitely the most spacious of any condo weāve ever stayed in. The location of the unit is amazing as well, we loved being on the end. The building is very quiet & serene because of the small size which leads to a lot less crowded beach! Cannot say enough about the view, itās just perfect! My kids absolutely loved the pool & youāre literally steps from the gorgeous white sand. You can really tell Steve & Lisa take great pride in their beautiful beach home & are the most caring, thoughtful owners you could dream of dealing with. Highly, highly recommend renting with them & we will definitely be back! Weāve definitely found our little piece of paradise for years to come! Thanks so much for an AMAZING week, Steve & Lisa!

Beach days are best days!
Our week stay at Sea Dunes met our expectations and more and was a perfect home away from home. The gulf view from the living area and balcony was stunning!! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves that could be heard from the master bedroom. The balcony is huge and was our hangout every evening. From the balcony we had an amazing view of the gulf, beach, and even saw a pod of dolphins swim by. The condo is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated.
Thank you for providing beach service!! The 2 chairs and umbrella was used every day. We even had room to set up a small cabana behind since there were 3 of us. We loved how the beach was never crowded. It was calm, peaceful, and relaxing!!

This property was perfect for our trip! In our group we had my In-Laws, wife, our 5 year old daughter and our 10 month old baby. The unit was incredibly clean and everything well organized. The kitchen was well equipped and they even had a pack and play and high chair for the baby.
We were steps from the beach, had a great view of the ocean from our deck, and our kids loved the pool as well. One benefit we found was this overall building was relatively small, especially compared to some near it. Our portion of the beach was not crowded at all. Our family had a blast and have already talked about wanting to come back to stay here.
Additionally, communication from the owners was wonderful. They were incredibly sweet and kind to us and we hope to do work with them again in the future.

Fantastic condo! Pride in ownership is obvious with this well maintained, clean, lovely condo! Lisa was an absolute joy to work with. The location was wonderful, away from the hustle bustle but a close enough drive if you want to explore Destin. Okaloosa Island is our new favorite spot in the panhandle.

We were pleased that we could see both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony.
Beautiful neighborhood and views. We could see both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We were pleased to arrive to a clean well-kept condo with a self -check in process. There were carts available for the unloading. The elevator comes down to the garage and parking area. We never waited more than a minute or two for the elevator. The condo is well stocked with pot & pans and more dishes than we have at home. There was Plenty of linen for the three of us and a lot of extra pillows and blankets. We love this area and enjoy the local dining. such as Stewby's (delicious fish tacos) and Fubar's pizza I highly recommend this condo and we will be back for another stay. Thanks, Lisa for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

This was our first time in the FWB/Destin area. Iām glad we chose the condo we did. The condo had everything we needed. We tend to cook a lot instead of go out, so having everything available is important to us. We had a few issues, but Lisa was very prompt to return a text or phone call. We had a beautiful week on the beach. It was great to wake up and have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach. We were able to see dolphins, rays, jellyfish, and weāre able to get a few shells! Again, we had a great time. Thanks so much for allowing us to visit. We hope to be back!
