Exceptional

Amazing hotel. Really comfortable bed, big bathroom. Enough parking places. Continental breakfast - enough choices for everybody. Really good value for the money. Loved it here!

Exceptional, Superb

Wonderful Staff, very friendly and helpful at all times. Hotel is excellent and has all the amenities that you need. The location is great, it is close to everything. We loved the beautiful view of the mountains and Cross Mountain (Križevac). Highly recommended, thank you to the lovely Staff 😊

Very enjoyable.

Good location, very good breakfast, comfortable, very clean rooms, most of the staff very helpful and pleasant. Should make sure to have maps and more information on schedules of events.

Very good

Location is good, 7 minutes walking to the Church. The room was very big.

The bed is quite small. Breakfast is not that good. Supposed we should use the a la cart restaurant for breakfast but finally we were told to eat with the tour group and they occupied all big tables. We need to split in 3 tables

Exceptional

We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Our room was clean with a beautiful view. The hotel is a pleasant 10minute walk to St. James' church,on the quiet edge of the village. We enjoyed our breakfast which offered a variety of food options. We would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful 'space' in which to digest my time in Medjugorje

Excellent bed, light and airy, quiet, very clean, lovely having my bed made for me every day.

Relaxing, welcoming and a great location between Medugorje town centre and Apparition Hill

The hotel was fantastic, very comfortable beds/rooms, the staff could not have done enough for us and were very welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet style with lots to choose from. The Spa was clean and really relaxing.

The only thing would be for the Spa to be open more hours during our stay.

Great

It was incredible clean and nice, it looked new and it is like 10 years old. The staff was awesome, king to help, definitely will book with them each time we go to Medugorje again. It is really close to the church, to the apparition hill as well, the location is perfect!

I was there on Pilgrimage. The hotel was very impressive. Staff were really helpful, polite & friendly. Beautiful comfortable beds & spotless. 10 out of 10.

The area was close to the center, the breakfast was quite good.

The spa area could be a bit better prepared and the wifi was quite bad

Staff at Reception were above average for a 4 star hotel, friendly, knowledgeable & very accommodating, including the night porter who was excellent & a great worker. Breakfast was good 👍

Smell of stale smoke in double room, no WiFi at all in suite & bulbs broken (or I just couldn't work out how to use the bedside lights in suite).

location, walking distance from village centre, modern Italian style classic aesthetic. bright spacious modern room. Receptionist was so courteous and professional and very knowledgeable on schedules and area.

My sister who has MS and I had great assistance from all staff..nothing was too much for them!

Not much of a fan of eggs but enjoyed the choices of such a vast selection of breads,crossionts, cereal,fruit,meats and cheeses...

I didn't like that I hadn't availed of the SUPER Spa the first week I'd stayed.. Very reasonable priced!
