The room was spacious, clean, and had three comfortable beds, which was very convenient for us. The hotel and the room are a little dated, but everything was well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were especially helpful to my parents, who don’t speak English, and even helped them arrange a taxi. We really appreciated their kindness and assistance.

Pleasant hotel in a side street near the TSI university and one of the main shopping streets - so fairly convenient.
Staff were polite and helpful. English spoken.
Room was a decent size and nice hot shower. Bed was comfy.
Fairly good WIFI but a bit intermittent.
Quiet.
Several nice restaurants close by.
The room was a bit dated. There were lots of different breakfast types but often they burnt the croissants / buns.
Staff could be more cheerful.
It’s a bit of a long way into the Old Town but a cheap (BOLT) taxi ride away.

Breakfast was not good. Not much varieties. Lift also got shutdown during the stay.
