Funcionários atenciosos, boas comodidades e café da manhã com muitas opções.
O ralo do banheiro não dava vazão direito e o chão ficou alagado durante toda nossa estadia. O ar-condicionado não funcionou tão bem e só tinha mesa de cabeceira de um lado da cama.

O hotel atendeu às minhas necessidades básicas. Próximo à casa de amigos que eu visitaria, com um shopping bem perto que também favoreceu mas apesar de o meu quarto ter uma boa cama e uma ótima ducha, havia algazarra nos corredores toda noite e apesar de queixar-me o problema não foi solucionado. Serviço de recepção muito ruím. Sempre ligados a um celular e sequer observando quem entrava-saia, subia!!!! A limpeza dos quartos péssima! Muito pó!

It was a nice size for the room, the air was working well.
Corridor with a lot of noise, bad breakfeast. Everything was very expensive (R$ 8 for a bottle of water (500 ml)). In front of my room the ceiling was broke
