Avoceta 203 is a beautifully appointed 2nd story unit situated in a lush garden setting overlooking gorgeous Tenacatita Bay. Only 6 units in this building. Located at one end of one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Mexico, makes this quiet secluded location the perfect tropical getaway. There is a large flex room with a day bed that can be converted at night into a second bedroom. Full kitchen.

Our stay was wonderful, everything we hoped for and more. Enjoyed the wonderful support offered by the host and the care and attention from Nely onsite. Great location for a peaceful and quiet vacation spot with easy access to a very beautiful beach for swimming and long walks.

My husband and I were in need of a quiet, relaxing place to recover from health challenges and found Bocca the perfect place to be. The condo was spacious with a good kitchen, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor living area with a view of the lagoon, bird life, and the ocean nearby. My husband boogie boarded every day, and the sound of the ocean lulled us to a great sleep each night. Chantil Mare restaurant down the deserted beach provided us with some great meals, and the 3 mile walk along the beach into La Manzanilla was good exercise and access to the music and restaurants in town. Thanks for a perfect retreat.
