The room was comfortable, clean and roomy with everything we needed for a lovely nights stay! The spa was wonderful and relaxing with a tranquil setting. The location was absolutely gorgeous, being under the mountains but also in the rainforest. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and gave us some information on the nearby attractions in Franz Josef. This was one of our favourite stays throughout our two week journey.
I couldn’t fault a thing. We loved our stay!

Nice location and beautiful outlook from the cabin. Easy walking access to shops, etc. friendly and helpful staff.
Limited cooking facilities unless you don’t have a problem with a microwave oven. Not a big issue for us.

Too small a room, no room for 2 large suitcases.First time in staying 5 weeks touring NZ , no fridge.
