I had a great stay here for 2.5 months and it truly felt like home.
The staff was amazing especially Alvin. He was always eager to help have a chat or assist with anything I needed. His kindness really made a difference during my stay.
I did not use the breakfast option but sometimes they surprised me with bananas which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated.
The location is also perfect very close to everything and easy to reach on foot which made daily life super convenient.
Over time the team here really felt like a small family to me. I will definitely come back when I visit Gili again.
Cleanliness could be slightly improved especially when it comes to the bed linen and the bathroom. At the same time I understand that standards can differ and everything was done with care and good intention by the staff.

Great location and friendly staff!
The A/C wasn’t working properly and while they offered to fix it the next day or move me to another room, it wasn’t that bad so I didn’t remind them as I was only there for 2 nights.

Great location- easy walking distance from boat and close to lots of bars/restaurants. Basic property with big bed and good air conditioning. Nice staff.
The call to prayer is extremely loud (even for deep sleepers) and it is at 5am lasting approx 30mins- this is no fault of the hotel but something to be aware of. Cockroaches in the bathroom.
