Nice location, staff were very friendly, hotel was clean & it had a pool!
It was very hot up in the 30,s with no air conditioning other than a noisy fan!

The hotel is located in a quiet tranquil green area of an old Spa Town and so ideal for sleep and if you have dogs there is nice green spaces right next to the hotel. The price for the dogs was also very reasonable by modern day standards. The room was large and all the bedding etc very clean. The other good thing is that unlike some French towns there were at least three bars and restaurants open including the hotels so there were options for food and drink. There is also a Carrefour express located 2 minutes away near the railway station.I think it is good the hotel restaurant is open 7 days a week. The breakfast was also exceptional with lovely french jams and pastries and yoghurts and bread. Boiled eggs were available too
There was a desk fan in the room but it was a little hot at the end of May. Understandably the cost of air conditioning could be problematic so perhaps installed overhead fans lights with remote controls could be a halfway housec option ?

Great location in town with ample parking. The evning meal was filling but the frites seemed like they had been cooked in old and tired oil. The breakfast had excellent options and was very enjoyable. The bedroom shutters helped with a godd night's sleep.
The frites were the only downside but they didn't spoil an enjoyable stay.

Tiny double bedroom with small double bed. Only a fan in the room during a heatwave. The loo is squeezed into such a small space, mind you don’t scrape your arm on the loo roll holder. Standard breakfast was expensive for what there was. The restaurant was good. Parking outside was good.
