Spacious and stylish room. Clean and well equipped.
We booked this hotel due to their rooftop outdoor pool. However, only after arriving it turned out that there is an extra charge of around 4000-5500 yen per person for using the pool - this was never mentioned on the Booking page. Other Osaka hotels with charged pool access did mention that fee clearly on the Booking page, so we felt extremely disappointed and misled. The pool is much smaller and more outdated than what it looks like in the photos, so we ended up not going. The staff did not apologize at all but were just acting defensively. At least the indoor pool is included so we did go there in the end and its facilities were good, but it requires a reservation.

This is our third time stayed at this hotel, Location was great, car parking lots which at the basement adjacent of the hotel is very convenient; staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful; room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable; we will come back again in early October' 2026.

Very spacious and luxurious room with a spectacular view. Able to view the sun setting over the harbour from the day bed in my room. I will certainly come back.

Very beautiful
The rest at the hotel is very expensive, we had to pay for outside pool and just sitting in the bar
