Quiet room, nice breakfast, very good location, easy parking
Rooms are pretty simple, was probably an "Intourist" hotel during Soviet Union, so it has that feel.

This is my #1 choice in Ivano-Frankivsk. Since I was not able to book a room here for all the nights of my trip, I have made sure to book my next trip one year in advance to make sure I can stay at this hotel for my entire stay in 2026. The location is ideal, the rooms and their features very comfortable, the view (either side of the building) very interesting, and the staff friendly.
I was here for almost a week, but every morning the scrambled eggs were mostly liquid. I love eggs for breakfast, so this was disappointing. I hope this won't be a problem at my next stay.

Friendly staff, room is big
Smell of kitchen is very strong (6th floor) , shower in 608 room was with a clogged shower drain, wave of water poured to the floor , shower is without the rim. After my call to reception they said that at 8 am next day technician will come to fix a shower, but I was not ready to prepare myself before the conference together with technician. I’ve asked to change a room. Answer- everything is fully booked. A said -ok I ‘ll write a feedback. In 10 min they found another room , but with a smell of kitchen, but working shower .
