I really loved that the rooms have AC and a humidifier. They have Wi-Fi and the bathrooms are great. Huge TV. And the breakfast that was included was exceptional. I would stay here again and I appreciate the staff so much

Very nice business hotel for a short stay. Pros:
- comfy bed
- well-packed amenity bar
- availability of breakfast
- smooth check-in and check-out process
Cons:
- Chinese-style breakfast was not to my liking, but this is a personal preference - overall, some variety in food and drinks was offered
- Wi-Fi was awful in my room

Very close to JR Tamachi Station with many dining and drinking options close by.

Overall, the check-in and check-out process was seamless. They have self-service counters for that. The staff was polite and nice, greeting when you go in the hotel. My room is non-smoking and its quite quiet when there's no other guests staying around too. Hotel is away from the city centre so it's not noisy.
The thing I don't like in the room was the bathroom whereby there is a step before going to the toilet. It was a little tough for me because my right calf was swollen and pain and I had a little difficulty going to the toilet. Also the room is a little small so would need to consider before booking (if you have a lot of luggages).
