Easy to gain access to the property, clear directions for check in offered in multiple languages, brilliant location, and fantastic facilities!
The bed is perhaps a little soft, but that would be personal preference and not an objective judgement!

It was very clean, comfortable bed, close to metro (5 min walk), easy to check in.

Clean, provided towels
Could’ve had a drying rack for washing

I just didn’t liked two things:
The check in process is too long and complicated, could make it easier.
He didn’t told me when the housekeeper was coming, so I I back from afternoon walk and the housekeeper was here with my language open.
He said I could check out at 12:00 with fees, then I confirmed that I could do that but then he just back on his words and said no, the housekeeper opened the door meanwhile I was still in the room.
Strange.
