I wouldn’t stay here again

Location next to train station

First of all the pillow was super hard to sleep, only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the entire building I had to waited hours until my turn, the dryer took 2.5 hour’s to dry never experienced this before. Breakfast menu was the same everyday for the first 2 or 3 night was ok but afterwards I’m kind of sick of it. Reception wasn’t helpful at all it was raining the day we leave we asked if they can call taxi for us they refused to saying that it’s raining there won’t be any taxi. Only took my hubby 5-10 min waiting outside the hotel and we found the taxi ourselves. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again.

網查飯店枕頭很扁低樓層較吵，入住後依溝通的訊息有多給我們兩個枕頭(好睡)，也給我們最高樓層(避開電梯區塊)，入住時印不出房卡多等了五分鐘，服務人員就給了我們兩個沐浴小禮，交通地點也非常棒會在入住。

便利でとても良かった。

駅から近く周辺の雰囲気も怖くないのが良かった

バストイレのニオイが少し気になった。　でも清掃はきちんとされていて清潔だった。

地下鉄出口からすぐです

六本木駅から、ヒルズ方面とは反対側でしたが、思っていたより近く、なにより地下鉄の出口からすぐで、雨降りの中、とても助かりました。併設されているタイ料理店は依然利用しましたが、まあまあいい感じです。狭い道路を挟んだ隣のホテルのWiFiをキャッチして、そちらのほうが強かったのは笑いましたが、このホテルの電波も、弱くはなかったです。専有面積があまり広くないツインでしたが、レイアウトのおかげか、窮屈にも感じませんでした。

特に思い浮かびません。時間帯によってはフロント前のロビー的な場所に、外国人が大勢たむろしていたりしてちょっと狭く感じますが、不快というほどではありません。

1. 위치가 롯폰기역에서 매우 가까움 2. 침대 2개 방 사이즈가 매우 넓음(룸업글해주신듯함) 3. 방에서보는 뷰가 매우 좋았음 4. 직원분들이 매우 친절하였음

1. 안전 때문에 창문을 열수없어서 환기를 하지못함 2. 침대 한쪽이 히터 바로 아래라 건조하다고함

Very good, very close to the station and there are many things to do.

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were very friendly, and there was always someone at the concierge. They always listen carefully to what you tell them and try their best to get what you want.

There was only one laundry machine for the entire hotel, so it was a bit hard to get the laundry done when you really needed to. And its not the hotel's fault, but there were people that would come get their finished laundry very late, making the next person wait for a long time.

Good Hotel, value for money.

Did not opt for Breakfast option. Room was clean, tough a bit small. Location was in central part of Tokyo.

High cost of Breakfast. Hotel did not offer a Bed + Breakfast offer.

Superb

We love the location it is near the familymart and restaurants and also the train station. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room is cleaned everyday. Room is soundproof so it is very quite if we want to rest. Everything we need is available downstairs to get.

The TV shows are all in japanese language. We can't understand. Hoping there was English channel or maybe Netflix or Disney Plus.

Will be my priority choice of accommodation for future trip.

So close to train station which is an advantage! If the exit of the station towards hotel has elevator it will be perfect. Staffs are friendly and able to communicate with English.

Nearby has pub and some shops open until late, so in the midnight you can hear people talking loud downstairs.

I liked the key only entry onto the floors, the room size, the bed size, and THE SHOWER.

My room was a lil dusty, parking didn’t fit my car, the breakfast was not that great, and the bed was hard.

Location and the shower room.

The room size what I got was tiny, the room itself couldn't contain 2 pax of guests with big luggage no space to manages people and stuff but I'm sure if we got a bigger room it would be another story.
