The location was ideal, close to the metro with several lines to iconic areas in Tokyo, including a great view of Tokyo tower just round the corner. There is a lot of clubs, bars, and a main road outside so it can be noisy but nothing that was disruptive to our stay. The air con was welcomed in the Sept heat and humidity. We enquired about luggage transfer for our next location and the staff on the desk were extremely helpful, ultimately our plans changed and we didn’t use it but it was very appreciated.
These aren’t dislikes but more an FYI for future guests; the pj’s provided all seemed to be one size (I couldn’t see any guide S-XL), so if you’re on the plus end don’t be expecting to fit them. I did bring my own nightwear so it wasn’t a problem. The rooms are very small. We had 2 large cases for 2 people and when one case was opened there was little room to open the other never mind move around the room.

Close to the station and walking distance to art galleries.
Breakfast room needs upgrade, chairs are dirty and worn out. Not much cleaning is done after the last group guests… Bed is small.

Great amenities. Room was always clean. Very comfortable overall.
Location was a bit far for first time visitors (30min away from Shibuya or the main neighborhoods by metro). Bathroom vent did not shut down, which made a whirling sound all night long. Good thing ear plugs were part of the amenities kit.

Fast lifts
I thought the breakfast Buffett was poor. The dining area was filthy and both my son and I got food poisoning after eating there. Eggs undercooked. Bacon steamed. The seats and floor were disgusting. The staff weren’t happy to be there and seemed annoyed.
