The room was perfectly fine as a solo traveller ( double bed no smoking ) can't advise for couples / families , although there were some staying at the same time .
Location was great , opposite the subway entry/exit , so easy to get around from there .
Used the coffee shop attached to the hotel most days and it has a basic but tasty selection for breakfast and the prices were good .
Room was spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff were excellent in attending to any requests , lobby staff were good and helpful .
Real bonus if your new to Tokyo was the area mostly to the right ( fewer on the left )of the hotel , as it has hundreds ! ( maybe not but felt like it )of places to eat and drink , all the usual western types and all the Japanese ones to try with multiple places .
Every one i went to was great , there is even a couple of "British" pubs , all you need if you don't want to go into Tokyo for food after being out all day .
Very little !
There was a double construction project going on about 50M from the hotel , so lots of lorries and general building .
However i never noticed any of it from the hotel , no sound of disruption , everything was superbly well managed by those on site ( typical japan really )
