The location was perfect right by the Ginza line train. You are basically perfectly located to move around Tokyo shibuya is just 4 stops away.
I was hard to sleep in the beds and pillow were weird but after walking so much haha they could have more pillows ! Apart from that it was okey

I had a little misunderstanding with the staff the first day, because I wanted my room fully cleaned and the bed done everyday (otherwise I would have chosen a B&B...) but they didn't. the staff member Hoshi managed the situation beautifully.
Laundry washing machines need an update, Full room cleaning services with daily change of sheets should be a granted service, the ecological thing is a clear excuse. Or please provide more options on booking.com

Great location! Having convenient access to Akasaka-mitsuke station from a four minute walk makes getting around Tokyo fast which is very much appreciated to start our day and getting back home after a tiring day. There were also free donuts provided for a snack in the evening - a very fun treat to experience once because we got back to the hotel after the donuts were gone a few days.
