The hotel is in a very nice, calm and quiet area. It felt so good to go back to the hotel after a chaotic day in the center areas of Tokyo. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms were cleaned in detail every day, with new towels, sheets and a made up bed and trash taken out. This was very important for us. The hotel in general is very clean.
The breakfast was a bit weak for us unfortunately. This has a bit to do with our taste as well, we are not used to certain flavors. The omelet was very undercooked for me for example and I couldn’t eat it and the hard boiled egg was too cold and served next to the fish. The other options were a bit limited, no cheese and those sorts of things. The internet was not good, kept getting disconnected and we constantly had to reconnect and sign back in which was a pain. And the biggest issue, the room was way too small for 2 people and so were the beds. We flew in from a far distance so we had 2 big luggage’s and a carry on so space was important and this was an issue in the room. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were not good at all, gave us a lot of neck pain to deal with unfortunately.

The Hotel is in a quiet area. It is very clean. You have the choice of having your room cleaned everyday. Family mart is just in front of the hotel. There are nearby restaurant to eat. Nearest Metro station is 10 mins walk.
The Bed mattress could be improved for better comfort.

Lobby is Nice
The lobby is great/ Nice. However, the room is totally outdated. AC is NOT working, need to change the room. The new room also has AC problem - Need to change the filter.
