Happy

The doona. The beautiful staff.

The bed to hard and only one pillow. No iron? No enough tea bags and no English channel on the TV. Needed to stay another night and the price was outrages had to negotiate and still way to high and no inclusion of breakfast.

コスパはイマイチ。設備も古い。ロケーションはまあまあ。

ロケーションと前にコンビニがある事

とにかく部屋が狭い。シングルの部屋にシングルベッドが２つ。ピッタリくっついていて、荷物を置くスペースもない。　最初に泊まった時はシングルでも広く景色も最高だったけど、何回か泊まったけどやはり部屋が狭かった。警備員の対応は素晴らしい。

Highly recommended for easy access to all parts of Tokyo.

Convenient location for visiting different parts of the city. Friendly and helpful staff. 25 hour general store across the road is very handy.

Fridge/cooler in rooms would be nice.

A lovely hotel that suited us very well, in an ideal location.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, We do not smoke, but chose a smoking room because it was larger in size. The bathroom was very functional, and the shower was safe and easy to use. We loved the view from our window. The hotel location was very close to where we had to join a tour group. We were able to walk from this hotel to that hotel. This is why I chose this hotel.

We did find the mattress very firm, and the pillow very different with a gravelly feel on one side. We did however, sleep very well.

Very good

The building (skyscraper) and the hotel lobby were very charming. The room was really spacious (and not just by Japanese standards). The view from the room was worth the stay (jus for that). Soap, shampoo, hair dryer, safe, kettle, shoe horn, pajamas were available in the room. A toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. were available in the hall. The location is convenient for reaching all the main points of Tokyo (which, having no real center, requires some compromise).

It's a pity the decor (both the furniture and the bathroom) of the room was old and little badly maintained. There was no adapter for European plugs (unlike some other hotels I stayed in during my trip to Japan) - not a big deal, if you have the power adapter.

Do not think twice before staying here.

The hotel is located in a great location with family mart on the opposite side. A couple of coffee shops and reatraunts around. Metro is available all around, 3min to 15min walking for connectivity. The beds were super comfy. The room is of good size and extremely clean. A currency exchange machine is also located in the lonby.

satisfactory but not one of my better stays there

the location is fabulous

The room wasn’t as clean as other times I’ve stayed there so I was a bit disappointed. There were trainees checking me in at front desk and it took much longer than in the past.

Very good

Confidently located to train stations whilst being in a slightly quieter location. Rooms and well put together and the view was quite nice.

Everything was good but didn't have anything that was a 'wow' moment

Nice choice in a quiet area.

Big modern property. Small but comfortable rooms. Across the road from Family Mart. Walk to Imperial Palace.

The facilities are great in general and the hotel is super clean. Friendly staff

I would like to see a coin operated laundry inside, beverage machines with card payment and more USB ports in the rooms (only one per room)

The location is amazing. It's close to a lot of restaurants and two subway stations: Nagatcho Sta. and Akasaka-Mitsuke Sta. There's also a lot of convenience stores nearby. The neighborhood is serene and quiet. It has a nice night view. The staff was also nice.

The first room we got had a malfuntioning airconditioner, but they were quick to give us another room.
