Great location
Room in 2nd floor a bit smelly, and no evaletor to 4th floor quiet difficult for old age.

Location was very good. Very close to Yotsuya station. Nice locality. Close to a food/pub street as well so it had a little bit of everything. Self check in was super easy. Very clean.
Bathroom was a bit small and room was a tight fit for 4 people. But this is Tokyo after all. Not a major issue.

Great location, nice and big rooms when you compare with any other Tokyo hotels. Separate toilet and bathroom. I would definitely come back to stay but would choose first floor room only.
Its not negative but our room was on the 4th floor and there are no lifts. So had to carry luggage. Also there were pipelines inside the room roof and we often could hear the water flowing..

Very convenient location to travel for our first visit to Tokyo. Very clean and modern bathroom and toilet facilities. As unmanned room, it was easy to get in using the digital lock. Located opposite a convenience store which was very useful.
I suggest putting a curtain between the sleeping area and the kitchen to obscure the view of the exit sign.
