Bon séjour, je recommande sauf le pdj

Emplacement près du métro et la quartier calme. Bonne literie.

Chambre petite comme beaucoup d’autres à priori. Le pdj rapport qualité prix, il y a bcp de choix pour les asiatiques et pas assez pour les européens.

駐車場が下にあるのは、有料とはいえよかった。

外の空気を全く取り込めないのはきつい。東京だから仕方ないとは思うが、値段の割に狭い。壁もドアも薄く、外からの中国人の声がうるさかった。

Good experience!

Great location, nice staff who considered my request very well. Room is quiet and neat.

Equipment are old (especially the hair dryer), only one pair of slipper each person which is paper made, not suitable for bath use.

Perfect location with a public transit entrance just across the street! Quiet area with food within walking distance. The room is small but a great value for the area.

A well situated comfortable stay with a fantastic breakfast and wonderful staff.

The breakfast at the Hotel Monterey is absolutely amazing, there is huge selection available that's frequently being refreshed. The staff are also absolutely wonderful and incredibly friendly. It is well located right next to the Hanzomon station which makes getting around the city by the metro system incredibly easy.

We stayed on two separate occasions during this trip, as we were popping up to Tsukuba to see family and also over to Kyoto for a bit. Our first room was absolutely fantastic, it was a good size with a lot of space around the best on both sides and felt well maintained. The second room however was not as good, it felt much smaller despite us paying the same cost, the bed was pushed up against the wall and a small block between the head of the bed and the wall was covered in dust and didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while. We also found someone else's litter under our bed and it looked like some of the insulation from the bathroom unit was coming out in the corners. This second room was just a bit more tired and run down looking, through the staff did make it very clear to us when we first arrived that they are looking to update the hotel a bit in the future so I imagine it's rooms like this one that might be getting more attention.

Great location and felt safe for teens to navigate Tokyo on their own.

Across the road from subway made travelling a breeze although there were a few line changes to make but the Hanzomon line is convenient enough for tourist. Also coin operated laundry was a breeze.

We went to the wrong location using the address. Plugging in the hotel gave us the right direction. No idea why.

ちゃんと要望に応えてくれた。全体的に清潔だった。ベッドがフカフカで枕もビーズじゃなかったので私の好み。アメニティ等がしっかりある。この立地とクオリティなのに料金はとてもコスパが良かった。

断線が原因なのか、フロントへの電話が繋がらなかった。

Séjour parfait.

Emplacement au centre de Tokyo, sur rue assez tranquille. Proche de la gare de Tokyo et le must, métro juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Irréprochable au niveau propreté.

Acceptable

Hotel is very near to Hanzomon station.

The quadruple room actually is a slightly bigger twin room with 2 additional rollaway beds. There is simply no space for 4 pax.

We will stay in it again

We stayied at this hotel for the second time (after 2018). Breakfast was not included in the price, which was not a problem as there is a 7-11 and Family mart near the hotel. The advantage of the hotel is its location - right next to the Hansomon metro station, which makes it very easy to visit the tourist attractions.

Were a little disappointed with the size of the room as this time it was smaller.

下記事項を除いて、部屋の清掃は常にしていただき、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの人の対応が丁寧でした。

コインランドリーの床が埃でいっぱいだった 8泊お世話になりましたが、1日だけベッドメイキングがされておらず残念でした。

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Très bien placé juste à côté de la station de métro. Très propre, silencieux et les lits très confortables.

Pour une chambre pour 4 c’était un peu petit, l’organisation n’était pas idéal. Pour 2 adultes avec deux enfants il y avait 4 lits simple places dans un rang cote à cote. On était obligé de déplacer tout les lits nous mêmes.

Tokyo Time

The hotel was spacious and up to date. We were provided everything we needed. The staff was kind enough to direct us to the postal box for me to drop something off. Overall, it was a good stay for the discounted price we paid because of the construction nearby.

It was far from the JR station. While there is a Tokyo Metro right across the street we had the JR passes and it was quite the walk up and down multiple hills. Also, not lots of food options nearby. The ones we ate at were fine, but not much to select from. It is also pretty far from everything many locations we had to take multiple trains due to distance. Pretty secluded. The showerhead they kept advertising for was horrible. Hated showering in this hotel.

Das Hotel war sauber und hatte eine gute Lage. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würde ich es vielleicht wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück war gut, die Lage des Hotels auch. Der U-Bahnhof war direkt gegenüber.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett bekommen, welches in der Ecke stand, so dass einer immer vom Fußende einsteigen musste. Außerdem hatte das Zimmer keinen Schrank, nur 6 Bügel an der Garderobe, so dass wir aus dem Koffer gelebt haben.

Great first experience in Hanzomon

Great location with easy access to a nearby train station, very helpful staff, and very comfortable rooms. With a number of tour groups heading in and out during the week, location appears to be well-known, making transportation options easier (road has good amount of taxi traffic, if you don't want to take the train). On-site laundry for guests to use themselves is very helpful. Several convenience stores and restaurants in the area for food and drink, and basic shopping needs. Great option for those looking to stay out of the more commonly known tourist areas (like Roppongi, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc...), but not be stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Temperature control for bath was not ideal. Once a temperature was set for a steady stream, it would fluctuate between a little between hot and cold, not staying at one temperature. The lack of adjustability for the shower head (except for the height) made bathing a bit tricky, but not impossible. Hotel paperwork and guides also did not mention how to use A/C option for room.

部屋は良かったが朝食バイキングが食べられず残念

ベッドの寝心地や部屋の居心地が良かった。

ホテルの申し込みの際朝食ナシのプランだったことに気づいて電話をしたらチェックインの時申し込みしたらいけますと言われたのでそのつもりだったが、チェックイン後朝食を申し込んだら修学旅行生や外国人が多いから、当日空いていたらチケットを購入して下さいと言われた。結局混んでいて2日ともホテルで朝食が取れなかった。とても残念だった。

立地、スタッフの対応、部屋の快適性、朝食メニューは十分に満足しました。機会があればまた利用させていただきたい。

朝食の席が大変狭く、慌ただしさが終始続いて、とにかく早く席を空けなければいけない雰囲気が、他の点がいいだけに残念でした。

Enjoyed the stay and the hotel.

The room was clean and as was in keeping with the advertising photos. It is a very busy hotel and seems to cater to corporate and other organized functions and seems to run these events smoothly. The reception staff could be a little better in communicating in English, but we did manage to get our message across. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area of the City with only a few restaurants nearby, although we did find a couple of decent Italian restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The Metro is right across the street, which is really convenient for getting around town.

浴室翻新后相当不错，地理位置优越，早餐很丰盛，服务人员从英文到中文都可以沟通，尤其欣赏过了退房时间可以按小时计费，相当适合晚上赶飞机的人员。

客房的设备还可以再继续更新，窗外景色欠佳。

A simple, safe, clean and central hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is central and very comfortable in terms of transportation to everywhere. There is a metro station right opposite the hotel. However, the hotel and hotel rooms are very clean and the staff is shockingly kind. I definitely recommend it..

Breakfast is ordinary but this is not very noticeable
