Pretty much everything was fine, just that the water coming from the tap smelled like chlorine...

The location of the hotel is quite good, I’ve stayed more central places before but it got too much. My room was nice and I enjoyed using the bathroom. I stayed alone with a trunk style suitcase so this made it easier using the suitcase stand but I’d say pack in an organised way and maybe use packing cubes as like many have said there isn’t much room for opening your suitcase but this is typical in Japan and not unique to the hotel. Perhaps even just packing some stuff into tote bags so you don’t need to keep opening your suitcase.
Nothing :) but I was in the bath late night and an earthquake alert blasted from my phone and made me panic and I rushed out the bath and to the lobby, but I was the only one and everyone else was calm the staff were very nice and made me relax, I think being in the bath made me panic more but in hind sight a small alert that it was ok to stay in the room and not to panic would have been nice, the next am we did have letters under our door about the typhoon tho.

Good location
Photos are deceiving. They make the hotel look cool, new, modern. It’s not important, but the leather couch in the lobby is very worn. The carpet in the elevator car is curling up. The single room doesn’t offer anywhere to open your suitcase. I know Tokyo hotel rooms are small but accommodations should be made for travelers. In contrast, I’m staying in a hostel in Shibuya now and the facilities are well maintained and it’s a nicer experience. Front desk was polite enough but not friendly. Housekeeping gave no welcome or acknowledgement at all. On their phone while waiting for the elevator. Stay here if none of my suggestions matter to you. I don’t feel it was worth the price.
