Good location, near to metro, and walkable to Roppongi, Aoyama. Choice of daily housekeeping or green option to save environmental and breakfast buffet very good selection of Japanese and fusion western foods.
Air con was very good, but a little too noisy. And the BBC channel, the audio switch to turn off the Japanese dub didnt work.

Located in a quaint residential area. Quiet and peaceful. Short walk to 7-11 and Family mart. As car lovers, we appreciate the short walk to view exotic and retro cars weekend at Gingko Ave. Rooms are compact but comfortable. Love the generosity to self collect water bottles at the lobby and the complimentary buffet breakfast.

very helpful, English speaking staff unexpected exclusive residential neighborhood with leafy streets, old aristocratic estates, embassies. A different side of bustling Tokyo. One block away from former residence of General Nogi (hero of Russo-Japanese War); grounds now a Shinto shrine hosting Shinto weddings, etc Short but uphill walk to Canadian Embassy and its striking rock garden Modular tiny bathroom had great water pressure and piping hot water Breakfast was very satisfying
My single room was tiny Although either Aoyama Itchome or Nogizaka subway stops were a comfortable 5-7 min walk away I don't believe I would have been able to navigate my way to the hotel on first arriving Did I mention that room was tiny?

• The hotel provides free water in the lobby, which is a nice gesture for guests.
• Cleanliness: The carpet was old, and the bathtub tiles had blackened grout in places. • Lobby display: The guest nationality screen in the lobby did not include my country, even though I was a paying guest. • Key card fee: The hotel charged 1,500 yen for a lost key card without giving prior information at check-in. The only mention was in small print on the key brochure, which was never explained to us. • Payment issues: When I tried to pay the 1,500 yen in coins, the front desk refused to accept it. After asking for a manager, instead of being assisted, another staff member came, and the manager request was ignored. Staff then switched from English to Japanese during the discussion, seemingly to exclude me from understanding. • Invoice not provided: I did not receive any invoice for my stay. The lost card fee was not entered into the system properly, so no official receipt was given either. • Breakfast: The breakfast was poor quality and not worth the money. The juice was so diluted that only the color remained, while the taste was almost nonexistent. • Safety concerns: The hotel entrance floor becomes extremely slippery in the rain, posing a risk of falling. • Customer treatment: I arrived in Japan with excitement, but left disappointed. Being charged almost 10 USD for a plastic card worth only a few cents felt unreasonable and unfair.
