Location of the hotel is fantastic. Right by the lake. Breakfast is nice as well.
The rooms are not soundproof although booking advertises it as it. A child screaming and dog barking next door, as well as a vacuum or something outside everyday cleaning the roads can be heard.

Breakfast was OK. Staff friendly. Close to water. Air con reasonable.
Room felt like a cell with no view. Only Italian TV.

Excellent location and the room had a large terrace with sun loungers etc, although it was too hot to be out there during our stay
We were on the the 3rd floor but the lift was not working whilst we were there. They did, however carried our cases up and brought them down on departure

You walk out the front of the hotel and you are on the main drag of the town on the the water front, so location was super. Despite, it's central location, we were not disturbed by outside noise in our room. But, you could hear the horn from the ferry!
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive.
The room and everywhere was spotlessly clean.
The hot breakfast was freshly prepared and plentiful. There was a wide range of other things to choose from including freshly cut melon, freshly baked pastries cheese and cold meat and cheese. The coffee from the machine was good.
Lake Garda is a lovely location for both active and relaxing holidays. There are lots of very nice restaurants and good quality wine in the whole region.
The standard room we booked was quite small (but that's what we booked, so not complaining). The bathroom was quite big, but there was some damage to things like towel rails and broken tiles that obviously wasn't new damage. As others have mentioned, the walls are thin and you can hear movement, such as toilets flushing, in neighbouring rooms. Fortunately during our stay, our neighbours were all quiet.
