Outstandig service level. 24/7 The hotel staff is excellent. The management and the reception team are outstanding. The setting couldn't be better. The quality of the cuisine and the service is also excellent! I would highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be back!

Excellent rooms, excellent stuff, used valet parking and car wash and was pleasantly surprised, breakfast was also great. Would highly recommend
P.S. Kitchen highly improved as well, way better than used to be!

Amazing staff and great views. A must stay in Odesa.
One of the best hotels I stayed in ever globally.

The hotel was nice, clean, good food. The pool was really good and a really nice walk to the city center.
One of the members of staff treated my partner like a prostitute after a night out. Asking if she was a guest of the hotel and if she can provide her documents (she was wearing the resort wristband!) and giving her just awful looks. That really upset us.
