Perfect location to explore the city by just walking, good dining options nearby, kind staff, clean (though small) rooms. The parking garage (reasonable charge) is next door and a great service if you arrive with a car.
The breakfast room can get very busy and packed - not a complaint but if you have some flexibility, come a bit later than opening time. This did not bother us but may be important for other travelers: stairs are steep and there is no elevator.

Freddy’s hotel and staff impressed me from the first minute of arrival. They helped me with parking right away, showed me around the hotel upon check - in, made me espresso, recommended me restaurants and advised me on what things to see. The next morning the breakfast was 5 stars. All you can eat buffet with local sourced food and fresh made just minutes ago. The owner Freddy was working that morning and he was a good vibe helping everybody with check out and even gave us a goodbye beer and Coca Cola. Great morning with great people and great food. Can’t ask for more.

The location is good, very close to the city center attractions.
The breakfast area is small and fills up quickly.
They charged us €15 for 1 day and 3 hours of parking in a garage located in another building. Later, I found parking in the city center for only €5 per day.
