We were offered a room upgrade at check-in and got a wonderful spacious room with a beautiful river view and even a glimpse of the Oriental Pearl Tower. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and helpful
The water in the shower drained quite slowly, and there was no bath bomb this time, although we had one during our previous stay. I’m also still not a big fan of the security deposit required at check-in, though I understand this is quite common in China

The looby starts in the 54th floor. The hotel is so high and the views from the rooms are amazing. Staff is very friendly. Its something special to stay in this hotel.
The pool is little small for such a big hotel.

The location is perfect as well as the view from the room
It looks dated as an hotel
The moquette is dirty, old and smelly as well as the sanitary (toilette, sink, shower)
The entire room smells like smoke and it’s just super dark
