Clean and tidy. Beautifully kept garden.
The pool was not well maintained, and went green whilst we were there and couldn’t swim for 24 hrs .
Our toaster didn’t work and despite asking for another one a few times, it never arrived.

The location was lovely. It was very peaceful with lovely views and plenty of outdoor space.
Would have been helpful to have an earlier check in.

There were only 3 sunbeds around the pool for the use of 6 apartments.

The property is located in the very peaceful and picturesque district of Obli Pittulongu, just a few steps from the sea. It is easily accessible from the airport by buses 514 and 4, with tickets costing only 1 euro. There are many restaurants nearby, both along the beach and the main road, offering plenty of choice for everyone. Above all, the area is very safe, and in the evenings it is quiet and peaceful. A big advantage of these apartments is the swimming pool — the water is clean, so it can be enjoyed from morning until evening. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
The only downside of the apartment is that, when you enter, you can notice a slight damp smell due to insufficient ventilation. The windows can only be fully opened and do not have a tilt function, which makes it difficult to leave them slightly open all day to air out the apartment and remove the smell. It would be worth replacing the windows with tilt-and-turn ones and renovating the bathrooms. In apartment number 3, the shower cabins are quite plastic and do not feel very solid.

Lovely spot , nice pool , not too busy in pool & gorgeous beach nearby. Easily accessible by public transport.
The main living area AC was broken on arrival & in spite of engineer attempt to fix it was not fixed for a week. The WiFi was very intermittent - shared between apartments so failed regularly . Posters warned of fines in various rooms for damage but place was fitted out cheaply & things were already broken . This & lack of any welcome information (eg on local area rather than house rules ) or bits (eg for cleaning ) made it feel unwelcoming .
