Great view, nice staff, good location, clean.
Four flights of stairs :( Couldn't avail ourselves of coffee or breakfast as had to leave before 6 AM.

the staff is great! Zahira helped us with many tips and was very kind, she booked all of the taxis that we needed and always welcomed us with a big smile! also, the breakfast was really goog and there are media lunas to enjoy any time of the day!
the bed was not very comfy and it was kind of sunken on one side.

The staff were very friendly and supportive, especially the reception. It was located near the lake in the centre of San Carlos de B.
Unfortunately, it was very noisy. Although I moved to the quitest floor, even there the entrance door was noisy. The breakfast was - in comparison to -“” 25 hotels I stayed at in South America - not good at all. And in comparison, I paid the highest price here.
