Beautiful views and room was spacious and pretty clean.
The history behind the names of the cottages was really interesting and a lovely touch.
Not much information was provided at check in relating to the factory visits etc.
The food in the on site restaurant was poor - cold and bland at high prices. They did reheat for us upon request but should not be served that way to begin with.

The longhouse was a unique accommodation that they had decorated in traditional style and provided information about its craft and history. The site was well managed. The restaurant had an amazing view!
We felt charging us to go on the treetop canopy was unnecessary and we would have liked a the opportunity for a tour of the tea factory etc. Staff could be more forth coming in providing information.

1, Access to the place is difficult especially if arriving at night as the signage is very poor.
2) Also the billing by Booking.Com did the reflect the amount to be paid at the hotel.. Booking.Com amount was RM 216 but I have to pay RM 237.60 at the hotel. If RM 237.60 is the amount to be paid at the hotel Booking.Com should show the correct amount. Very Disappointing!
